Meet Sheena

Sheena is a world-class Personal Trainer and nutritionist who has helped thousands of people to significantly reduce their body fat % and integrate healthy habits into their lives. She has worked with kids, teens and adults ranging from age 7 to age 85. Her personal mission is to help as many people as she can to be happier. She believes that the process of becoming fit helps us to evolve into a happier state.

Hunter Personal Training

Meet Hunter

Hunter is a formerly world ranked ATP tennis pro. Hunter was voted USPTA men’s open player of the year a record setting 5 times, and has been ranked number one in the US men’s Singles division. Hunter has achieved many of his tennis playing goals by being one of the fittest senior players in the world. Being part of Living Lean is his new passion and he is excited about helping people get in shape so they can play tennis and other sports as they age up!
